QUALITY STANDARDS

We are super passionate about making beautiful, high-quality nail polish. Because we hand-mix our polish in small batches, there might be very slight variations in color and glitter between batches.

SHIPPING

Excepting pre-orders and new product launches, we ship all orders on the Friday or Saturday morning following your order.

We ship through USPS, first-class domestic & international. Shipping costs are based on USPS prices and the cost of packaging your order.

We currently ship to a handful of countries outside the US and growing. Please contact us if you would like us to add your country to the list!

Please note we are obligated to declare the full value of your purchase on the customs form. Furthermore, all goods will be marked as "Merchandise".  If you have any questions about shipping costs please contact us at plumppolish@gmail.com.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

You may return your merchandise within 10 days of purchase for a full refund for any reason.  Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and unopened/unused. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a broken or otherwise damaged bottle, we will be happy to replace it or offer an exchange.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Please contact us by sending us an email to plumppolish@gmail.com. We will be in contact with you within 48 hours to make the necessary arrangements for the return.

REFUNDS

If you need to return a product (see how to return merchandise) a refund will be issued to the same method of payment that you used for the original order. We'll send you an automatic email as soon the refund is successful. Depending on your financial service provider, it may take a few days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
